The neck is fine, truss rod is adjustable.
Probably 3P body and 1P neck (nut width is 43.8mm) The body and neck are Mahogany made from the catalog descriptions. I can see a small dent between the control knobs. There are not so many scratches and dents. It should be a mid 80's model according to the fFernandes Catalog.
